Membership Upgrade to VIP

What is an upgrade to VIP?

VIP is a special rank you can obtain by upgrading your membership. It allows for additional functions and features not available to registered and guest members.

Who is eligible for a VIP membership?

To be eligible for a membership upgrade, you must have a registered account. Guest accounts are not allowed to upgrade their accounts.

You may login as a Guest user and upgrade from within the application as well or you can click Members Login and continue to register your account. Please refer to our Chat Help page for more details.

How do I upgrade my account to VIP membership?

When you are logged in, the bottom will have a diamond icon. Simply click this to continue.



You will then see a screen of features that come with a membership upgrade to VIP. Click View Plans to move to the next screen.



You can now select which plan you would like to purchase. We offer 3 months, 1 year and lifetime plans.
After choosing your desired plan, you can choose whether to buy VIP membership upgrade for yourself or for a friend. Select one and continue to the next screen.

You will now be on the payment checkout screen. After entering your bank card details, please SUBMIT. If your payment is rejected you can certainly follow up with your bank for an explanation. Some reasons include your bank blocking the purchase, insufficient funds or your entered the wrong card details.



The VIP membership upgrade will be instant. You can confirm this by seeing a diamond icon beside the username you purchased VIP for.

Do you offer refunds on VIP membership upgrades?

NO, we do not. Please make sure you absolutely want to purchase the VIP upgrade before making payment. We will only refund accidental duplicate payments.

Can I still be kicked banned if I have VIP?

YES, you can. All users regardless of status must adhere to our Terms of Service. Refunds will not be offered to those who violate our terms of service and are banned.

I do not have bank card, can I still purchase VIP?

You must have access to a bank card or prepaid gift card to make a VIP purchase. You may use another persons bank card so long as it is from an immediate family member. One that is living in the same household as you. You must first obtain their permission and ask them to enter the bank card details during payment.

Will I need to verify my payment?

At times we may ask to verify your VIP membership upgrade. We will contact you if we require any further information. We will never ask for your personal banking information. Your bank may also include special functions that require verification before payment can be completed.

Is this a one time payment or a subscription?

This is a one time payment. There is no subscription or recurring payments. We do not automatically upgrade memberships. You will need to purchase it again when/if it expires.
