Website access issues

Good morning,
Please my account has been acting up again I have trying to access the site since December but nothing is clicking (the guest login, register) nothing is clicking at all I have tried different phones used a laptop, used a WiFi but nothing is working.
Please someone should help me .
 
What kind of issue? Is it just not loading when you try click register or?
 
Maybe try restarting your router/ modem and clearing your cache

Yes it's not loading
When I click register it shows nothing
when I continue tapping on it, it just selects everything.it doesn't load to direct me on the next step. I have cleared everything thing cache,data, search history, restarting my phone and modem, tried a different phone, different locations. It doesn't work
