Restart your phone and/or wifi router, your ip is showing up as you have a vpn on even if you don't.

Your ISP provider probably uses a proxy. Could you use the site without any issue before?

Look in ur phone settings. Usually theres VPN option in there somewhere. That option just MAY be turned on by default. The setting should show up as either VPN or proxy and there should be an option to disable it.
