User lying about age

Hey guys, so the user "Ender boss man"
Is saying two different ages.
Now I have been here well over 3 years and know this man is over the age of 17.
He was 15 3 years ago.
Can we do something abt this obvious overaged person. Who can't obviously keep an age straight?
