recently, i've been trying to log back into the site since i havent used it in so long. BUT! this time its telling me to turn off my vpn/proxy to get into the site and i dont have any vpns/proxies enabled. i deleted my vpn a week ago since i dont use it, my vpn on my browser isnt enabled, and i checked my ip and it says its located where i live. i even checked if sites detect a proxy and they dont. i also cleared my cache + some other stuff and restarted my computer. so im pretty confused, and would like some help with this !!

Oh this sounds like a good investigation.
I would recommend checking your IP address against the known list of VPN and proxys.
Sometimes VPN and proxys use IP addresses or neighborhood IP addresses to help their users mask theirs.
If yours is on a list that is most likely why because the site uses cloudfair among other things I won't say to protect themselves.
