Think ive been catfished but hes denying it n i think im being gaslighted (/hj), pls help!

Ok so little backstory, i met this guy online n never met irl (not saying which site cs i dont want anyone spamming him or being rude + i already have done and i felt bad incase its not true so i deleted my comments after a cp hrs) and i've been "snapping" him (hint: 👀🍑🤳🏻) since ab may last yr along w/ telling him almost every detail of my life cs hes the only person i speak to rly.

fast forward to this tuesday (11th?) I found another account using, what i thought, was a picture of the same person 'jakexqc' (the one i was with) had on his profile. Jake had 3 pics on his profile, one in particular which made me think him and this other guy were using the same persons pic/s to catfish, which i will put below, and the other account, called 'lonelylife!' had only one picture posted, which i compared with the pic of jake in a collage:

YOU CANNOT TELL ME THEYRE NOT THE SAME PERSON AND I'M NOT BEING CATFISHED BY 'JAKEXQC' (left)

And also what should i do cs he was like 'its not me i dont even wear glasses' i js dk what to say/do now-
 
UPDATE GUYS THIS IS SUCH A PAINFUL UPDATE:

buttt he did turn out to be a catfish im like 99.999999999% sure its the exact same person in all pics hes sent me, but its defo not him, yk how ik bcs i found one of them on pinterest under sm like "250 fake snap ideas boys" i confronted him ab it (kind of stupid ik) but then he said i just used a random pic of someone from the internet cs i dnt want u posting me (cs i said can u send me a pic of u for a tiktok) which might be believable if i hadn't downloaded the other pictures of "him" off his mylol profile so i couldnt do a cross comparison between the two

but his supposedly "real" pics that are meant to be him im like nearly 100% sure are the same person as the other one that turned out to be fake so and i might make a collage of all of the pics so ppl can see the proof i got but like yh

literally wasted ab 3 yrs of my life on him im like so mad but nvm my theories r its either a guy thats insecure or doesnt like his looks so hes faceclaiming or an undercover lesbian (cs he literally texts like a girl like dont ask how i can tell i kind of just can bc its kind of obvious)

okay so now, you gotta delete anything you’ve ever sent him that includes urself, ur body, or ur location. anything that can identify u. and please stay safe and be careful and know who ur talking to. im so sorry this happened </3
