To everyone at Teen Chat,
After spending five or six years here, I felt like I couldn't leave without saying thank you.
A lot has happened since I first joined. I came here during one of the hardest periods of my life, looking for a distraction from things I was dealing with in the real world. What I found was a community that became a part of my daily life for years.
Over that time I made friends, lost friends, laughed until I cried, stayed up way too late, got into arguments, made mistakes, became a moderator, stepped away, came back, and created memories that I'll carry with me for a very long time.
There are people here who helped me through days when I didn't know how I was going to keep going. There are people who made me laugh when nothing in my life made sense. There are people I'll probably never forget, even if we never speak again.
Things didn't end the way I expected, and that's okay. I don't have any hard feelings. Life moves on, people move on, and communities change.
What I want everyone to know is that despite the ups and downs, some of the years I spent here were genuinely among the most meaningful years of my life. For that, I will always be grateful.
To the staff, moderators, members, and friends I've met along the way: thank you for the conversations, the laughs, the lessons, the patience, memories.
I wish all of you the best, and I hope life treats you kindly.
Thank you for everything.

@Arkham I know you are only doing your job. And for what it's worth... I respect you. I know you deal with a lot of crap. So this letter is what I'll leave you with instead. Thank you for everything. Don't let the bad days and the bull crap from members get you down. You are generally the best Admin
I'm sorry for getting mad over a little ban.
