TEEN CHAT RULES AND REGULATIONS

Rules
A reminder: We do not accept screenshots as 100% proof due to the fact that they can so easily be faked now​

1. Ages:

• Teen Chat is restricted to Teens of 13-19 years of age
• Please leave this Room if you are under or over the allotted age.
• Jokes / Lies about your age can result in actions taken against your account.
• Requests for Older or Younger without a specified age range is also not permitted. Example - “Anyone 17-19” should be said instead of “Anyone over 17”.
• We have systems in place that prevent older users from communicating with younger users. This system is set enabled by default on your account.

2. Inappropriate Content:

• Teen Chat is a Clean & SFW Chat
• Our systems automatically detect CSAM (based on hashtag) and block them from appearing. Our systems also utilize AI to detect nude images and prevents them from being uploaded to your profile or inside the chat rooms. A permanent ban and a report may be filed against any user posting illegal content in our chat rooms.
• Do not post or use images that have underage children included in them
• Sexual / Inappropriate Content is prohibited.
  • This includes topics of any sexual or horny behavior, fetishes/kinks, master/slave/Mistress, top/bottom, sub/dom, BDSM/DDLG/BDLB/BDLB or littlespace talk
  • Inappropriate Rapé comments are forbidden
  • Bestiality talk is strictly forbidden and would lead to a ban
  • No real gore material(Video's and or Images) is to be posted or offered on the chat
  • Incestuous/incest talk is strictly PROHIBITED and would lead to BAN, that includes; Family members Role-plays, Sexual talk that includes siblings, any stories based on family members doing inappropriate actions etc..
• Trading/Swapping or requesting or offering nude images or even Videos will get you removed
• Sexual Roleplays as well as Age-playing are not allowed
• GIFs posted must always remain appropriate
• Any trading/swapping or posting of any form of Pedophilia will result in an Immediate Ban and referrals to local law enforcement.
• Any mentions of MEGA / STR / DROPBOX / WICKR / UNSEE / VOLAFILE / TELEGUARD / SESSIONS or mentioning trading will also result in Bans and referrals with your local law enforcement
  
  
• Do not use any profile music that would be considered inappropriate.

3. Privacy:

⦁ NO asking for meetups/Hookups

⦁ NO phone numbers can be posted and no asking for calls or numbers

⦁ No emails can be posted, this includes in moods or bios.

⦁ NO socials can be posted on the main chat. Social media may be sent in private messages. (We highly suggest you be cautious of people you add on social media) If in open chats

• Do not post addresses
• Do not post full names in the chat
• Doxxing/Hacking/Blackmail threats against users are prohibited and may result in a ban.
  • Do not tell them to “kill themselves”, “kys” or other threats like that.

4. Language:

• English is the only language that can be spoken in the main chat.
  • Other languages may be spoken in private messages if both users agree.
• Racism/Homophobia/Sexism etc. is not allowed.
  • The use of slurs is prohibited. These include: “n*gga/n*gger, f*ggot”...
• Talking about exclusive politics/religious/controversial themes are not allowed. (Take topics like these in Private Messages)
• Discussions about suicide/Self harm(Images Included)/abuse and violence/drugs topics are not allowed

5. Profiles:

• Uploading nudes / inappropriate pictures in profile pictures or background pictures is strictly prohibited and will get you removed
• All chat rules must be applied to moods and bios
• Usernames must remain clean and have no special character fonts and be visible, invisible usernames will not be allowed!.

CATFISHING:

• Different accounts with different identities/ages/genders are NOT allowed and can lead to a ban
• Uploading pictures from the internet and saying you are the person in the picture will be seen as catfishing and is not allowed
  • If you still want to use a photo from the internet, write in your bio that you are not the person in the photo (Example - "profile picture not me")

6. Postings/requests

• Selling content / E-whoring is prohibited and will lead to a ban.
• Sending links is not allowed.
  • With exception for VIP users who are only allowed to send Y.o.u.T.u.b.e links.
• Cam links/file trading links are strictly prohibited
• No cam/call requests. (Example - S.k.y.p.e, FaceTime, Whereby, k.i.k, Zoom, Voice Calls …)
• Do not offer/ask to join any group chats
• Do not ask/offer money
  ⦁ DO NOT offer gift cards
• Asking/offering VIP is not allowed
• Do not spam/flood/scroll
  • (Spamming: Posting multiple messages in a short amount of time or posting the same message in a short time)
• Do not mention suspicious websites/apps.
  • Examples - Whereby, Wickr, Telegram, Sessions etc
• Inappropriate requests are not allowed
• This includes asking for family members, inappropriate acts, etc...
• Babysit talk is not allowed
• Sub/dom and or Bottom/Top requests are not allowed
• Inappropriate Truth or Dare requests are not allowed.

7: Offensive behavior:

• We do not tolerate bullying or harassment.
  • Use the ignore button if you are being harassed, report it to a staff member if necessary.
• Do not troll around in the chat
• Do not falsely report users or falsely report staff members
• Do not falsely accuse other users of being a pedo/overage/catfish without proof. (Report to a mod if they are or use the ‘Report Button’)
• Do not clone users/staff/bots
• Minimodding is not allowed. (Minimodding - Pretending to be a mod and giving users warnings)
• Advertising other chat sites/servers/apps is not allowed and may lead to a ban

8. Side rooms:

• All main chat rules must be followed in the side rooms except for:
• Certain chat rules such as political debates or foreign languages can be dropped if it’s the room's purpose
• Inappropriate side rooms are subject to deletion and action on the room owner and participating users
• Room staff are expected to moderate their room, failure to remove content that falls under our rules above can result in removal of the room staff rank or deletion of the room

9. VIP features:

• VIP features are not to be abused if you are vip rank
• Any uploaded content must be appropriate and not contain any form of nudity, otherwise inappropriate, controversial images, social media names, etc…
• Voice messages must be appropriate, no slurs, must be English
• The drawing tool may not be abused, inappropriate drawings will be removed

How to correctly report CSAM in an online chat room

1. Leave the content in place (don’t click, open, save, forward, or screenshot).
Screenshots or saving files may be illegal in many countries.
Simply note the username, platform, link, time, and anything you can observe without opening the content.

2. Use the platform’s (Chat Rooms)built-in reporting system
Most chat platforms have tools to report:
“Child sexual content”
“Illegal content”
“Exploitation”
Find the “Report” option and select the relevant category provided by the chat you are on.
On this chat, you will find the report feature either by clicking the 3 dots ... at the end of a posted message on the chat screen or by clicking the gear icon if you are dealing with a private message

3. Protect your own safety

• Do not interact with the offender.
• Do not confront the person posting the material.
• Do not attempt to “investigate” further.
• Keep yourself anonymous; never give out personal details.
• Never follow social media links or external website links. There are some automated bots that post links to social media sites such as telegram, teleguard, Snap, etc. Those are usually links to illegal content in attempt to distribute or extort you out of money. We cannot be held liable for any actions you take outside our platform.
