It wasnt me who has advertised anything
Some guy came and started saying you wanna join a site like this made by me where we provide vips and shit.

Then I said ik about it xyz place

Before I could say more I was ban, you guys make it sound like you can't talk about other restaurants when you are eating in one place. Comon look at the situation I didn't even do any advertisement

Its entirely up to the admins whether or not they want to unban you

If someone is advertising in your dms, the best thing to do is report and do not reply to the message, because thats how these things tend to happen.
