Spam/Ban appeal

So uhm I did nothing wrong??? I got banned for no reason with my reason being for spam. All I was asking was a genuine question though and its the most stupidest ban I've probably gotten. All I asked was "I know people like their privacy but is it just me or should it genuinely be concerning if someone you know has tèlè???" It wasn't me advertising, saying something bad, or anything like that. Can this pls be appealed and can I be unbanned?
