Random IP ban for spam whilst using main chat

my user is “Rahhh” i got unfairly banned for spam while using the groupchat, can i have this matter resolved?

Yeah, i’ve seen days where it cleans the bots good, but i’ve seen days when it absolutely doesn’t.
