Can this please be fixed. I'm trying to match profile pictures with someone it it will not let me put another profile picture 😀🥀 I told my friend to try it and it worked on his account just fine.

Try changing file type.

Example: If the image is PNG then make it JPEG or JPG or vice versa.

Do to the new AI image detection system it makes errors so changing the file type should fix the problem.

{This is one of many ways to fix the problem and is only a suggestion}

Phones automatically change the file type to better fit their devices.

So let's say they have an updated Android and a file was a PNG the Android device will update it to a JPEG because it uses that file type as it's default.

This is especially true when sharing files between devices.

It's almost likely when you sent the file to your friend or they downloaded it themselves it was downloaded in a different file type.

{At the same time different devices also means that the image EXIF code {the code of an image which holds all the data of the image} will change which also can be the reason why.

Remember it is an AI detection system so once it sees one thing wrong it will deny you from putting up the profile picture.
 
Nothing site staff can do about this problem unfortunately. The only thing would be sending it to a moderator so we can try putting it as your pfp.
