Not being able to modify my information

Hi!! I'm echo or angel, when I had made an account (Echodrift) I had not seen the gender option. I am non-binary and want to change it to other but it says I've reached my time to change it. Does anyone know how to change it? Maybe a staff member could change it for me? Idk T.T

@Administrator only he can change it. He barely replies so better to make new account if you REALLY want it to change
