No access to teen chat

I have created a new account and i can sign in here with no issue, but when i try logging in on teenchat it doesnt let me to.
Please help me out or atleast delete this account to create a new one
 
I am totally confused...How would deleting this account fix the issue regarding the chat?
 
Sorry i mentioned that because i saw someone else in another post mention it might help.
Also when i click on forgot password and enter my email it says user does not exist, but I also cannot create a new account with the same email because they say that i have reached my maximum number of registrations.
