Mods not moderating again

On the first image, you can see spam messages. On the second image, you can see Jio actively participating in the chat... and not deleting the messages. I have know idea what the hell Ÿasmine was doing at the moment.

I think both of them, especially Jio, should be demoted. Arkham or Administrator, I would like your response.
