Maximum registrations means that you created multiple accounts with the same IP address.

In order to stop Bots and people from crashing and DDOSing the website there's a limit of how many times you can register using the same IP address.

You won't be able to use a guest account or a normal account because you have registered too many times with the same IP address.

The only thing that can happen is if the owner the rises up the limit of registrations per IP address.

I do hope you do have an account because you wouldn't have access to the site for a few days to a couple of weeks until your IP address is done processing through the system.

There isn't one.

It's literally checking your IP address because you've made too many accounts it limited your access to the site.

I'll ping the owner but I don't believe he'll change anything.

even if you said you don't have any other accounts... the only solution I can think of is that you need to wait for a month and avoid attempting to make any new accounts before then, as accounts autodelete in 30 days. if that doesn't fix it then idk

There is a time limit in between.

The difference is you didn't make the 24 accounts one after another meaning you made them intermittently.

Accessing the site and creating a multiple accounts one after another triggers the maximum IP limit.
