. . . .

What did you do???

What is the username on the account???

[0X0XRhea]

Is your username not Anqi ?

[Hanah]

my username is Anqi

[TJTheBear]

That account is still active so I'd recommend tying extremely slowly or using the reset password button.

Staff are unable to help with lost or stolen accounts no matter what happened.

my username is Anqi

Attempt to login using the username instead of email and vice versa. Make sure you're using the correct email.

[Hanah]

no yall i literally tried using my username and my email

[Hanah]

is there really nothing yall can do

is there really nothing yall can do

We are unable to reset or change passwords that is only something that @Administrator can do and I don't expect him doing it anytime soon.

As I recommended you should go to forget password otherwise that account is lost permanently.
