it wont let me sign up

im trying to sign up but it told me that i reached my sign up limit. like 2 hours ago i logged in as a guest but then i had to sign out, now im tryna make a permanent account but it says i reached my limit. how do i fix this?? also it sometimes says to re complete the captcha when i already did it correct. how do i fix these problems??

Open your history, and it should be at the top in small letters " myactivity.g00gle.com "
