Ip banned

Hi my username is ajkoolkid4 and when I went to log oj to chat site it says my ip was banned i DIDNT do anything wrong I thought can I gav any ip unbanned please
 
Are you using cell data or wifi? Sometimes it doesn't like cell data

A ban screen without any reason doesn’t mean you’re banned. It means your IP is blocked until you’ve changed it and refreshed your page

Some of the reasons why your IP might be blocked

• Your country or state is blocked and/or it’s blocking the site.
• An alternate account of yours has been banned.
• The host might be blacklisted
• A bug. Try clearing history/cache

Once you’ve managed to solve the issue, your history won’t be affected. These temporary bans never show...

you do know that there is no true way to verify that, right? people have been using the "it was my friend/sibling/cousin" excuse since forever

It is linked to you, its probably preventing you from getting on. It was just a spam ban so I put in a request internally to have that account unbanned.
 
Does anyone know how long will it take for ip to be unbanned a mod put in request for me since my cousin accdently hit the spam ban
