The problem is your IP address.
The site uses cloudfair to protect itself against DDos attacks and as such IP addresses which are considered "suspicious" are not allowed as well as those with VPNs or proxy.
The only thing that I can say is to switch devices and Internet connections.
If the problem persists then you'll need the Owner to whitelist your IP address to grant you access.
