Improve Moderator Selection and Age Verification

I think the moderator selection system should be improved. Right now, moderators are sometimes chosen too easily, and even people above 20 years old can become mods despite the platform being intended for users aged 14–19. Many users also lie about their age and pretend to be younger.

A better solution would be to introduce proper age verification before giving moderator privileges. Documents or some other reliable verification method could be used so that only eligible users get moderation powers.

This would reduce the chances of giving authority to the wrong people and would help keep the community fair and safe for everyone.

Hello, again.

I just came across this thread and let me tell you some things.
The platform is intended for users whom are 13-19 and VIPs get 6 months after turning 20 then they're permanently banned from the website ( as it has been that way for years )

Now, for the second point, we cannot ask people who are applying for a Moderator position on this website for their ID's/Birth Certificate like it is some kind of a retail or a corporate job. We do age verifications only when we absolutely need to, that is when we do ask for the ID/Birth Certificate.
