I was banned

Hi, I dont really know why i was banned, my 13yo brother uses the computer so i told him to just do the guest account and idk if that effects it but when i tried to log on to the regular account it says I've been banned and that i cant enter. I had a few pals that i really would like to talk to is there any way to fix this?

he just told me that it said he was over age when it banned him using the guest account when he is thirteen, and i am fifteen. here is the screenshot of when i tried to enter:
