I was banned for no reason

When i go on to check my messages this morning on teen chat, it said i was banned and i didn't do anything? if anyone knows who to talk to about it let me know

There are no infractions on that account. Are you sure you are not trying to use data on a cell phone? Which can give a false ban alert

Never mind...I found the issue and have fixed it. You should have access to the chat again
