i need help wit harrasment of a girl harrasing us in the chat pls do quick

theres a girl in in the chat that keeps harassing Us in some other girls too she harasses us everyday we don't know what to do and I figured that she needs to get banned she has been doing that for since she came in her username is sophiathebest19
 
Have you used chat report feature? Staff will respond faster if you use chat report feature then they will to incidents reported on forums.
 
We always suggest using the block feature first and if it continues, or it's excessive use the report icon and/or contact a staff member via pms in the chat
