Help me !! "VPN/Proxy Issue"

I've been facing this issue since hours.. I've turned off my VPN and proxy. Restarted my laptop but then also they are saying...

You have been kicked. Repeated violations will result in a permanent ban and possible referral to law enforcement, if necessary.

You will be able to re-enter the chat after

We do not allow VPN/proxy use on our site, please turn off your VPN/proxy.

I've tried soo many times but is unable to enter the website..

Is your VPN automatically starting up once you turn your laptop on? If not try clearing the cache on your browser or connecting to a different wifi network.
 
I've tried connecting to different wifi too and VPN does not automatically turn on. I've cleared cache too..😭 But seriously thanks for replying..I thought no one would reply..
 
Your IP is not banned on the chat, so it is something on your end that is causing this
 
I would recommend running your IP address though a VPN detector to find out if your service provider is adding one without your knowledge for extra security @ukiyo
