Got banned

I am aviar. I was today banned for saying c_p as i was talking to someone regarding it. Not asking for it or selling it. I have been member of the website for well over 5 months. And I would never do such things. I totally accept my fault. And also accept my fault of asking lunar to appeal from my behalf while i lied to her that i was trynna say cpr.

I may or maynot get unbanned but just wanna clear that i totally accept my fault of saying the forbidden word and also lying to the mod. I have spent a great time on here. And would love to join back. I am a nice and respectful guy and would never do such things.

Again regards and would be highly grateful if i would be unbanned. I wouldnt mind getting a temporary ban of some days if that can be a punishment.

To the admins,
He texted me on my social saying that he said "cpr" and got banned but when i checked his account's history, i saw that he was banned for saying "C_p". He lied to me just get unbanned. Then when he got caught, he immediately changed his story. He said that he was explaining what it means to someone which makes it very unclear for me that what the actual purpose was.

I know my vote doesn't really matter but I vote to keep the ban on.
 
Its alr. As i have mentioned in the letter i clearly apologise for my behavior and also agreeing that i lied to lunar about it. Rest if the ban stays on i dont have a problem with it.
My intention of saying cp was never to buy or sell it. It was just a part of convo i was having in my pm with someone. Reason i lied to lunar was coz i was kinda embarrassed to that to her given we were friends. Totally agree my fault. But rest assured.

I again apologise for it.
 
And if you want i can show u all the proof of the convo if u want. It was a talk with a person about smth confession and i was just confession that i regret it havinf watched it once
 
The account to which i was talking was smth like lala and it was just some confession thingy like what is the worst confession. So i wanted to remove that thing off my chest .

I have been a long member of the community. My aviar account was from January but prior i was named by rahil also. I am well aware of the guidelines and all and it was convo taking place in the private and not the main chat and happy to saw you the convo if you want. In that it will be clear that i never asking or selling or promoting it in any sorts of way.
 
I won't be lifting this ban. Just too sketchy for me to trust that this isn't something more nefarious. No one should be touching this topic, and the only ones who do are usually the ones we do not want on the chat!
 
I am ready to even show the convo? Thats how much confidence i am that i wasnt doing anything illegal by promoting it. I was never doing such thing. And it is a general topic tbh. Its a real world issue and just gonna press it down?
 
Plus the people can ask for roleplays in the mains and not get punished for it but if someone talks generally of something else that too in the private they get banned?
 
Literal there were used to be people in the mains asking for rp and they can dm anyone even after child protection by changing there ages. And that doesnt count as anything illegal? Interesting logic tbh.

Been a long member of the community and been ended by talking about it in private not even the main chats? That just defeats the whole point of private chats doesnt it? Just ban them whatever they talk about in the private. Why not just remove the private message option and just let people talk in mains isnt it. And dont you dare tell that you guys see the private messages by the bobby because its for safety. Then what the hell is report option for? You guys are literally just defeating the whole purpose of the private messages.

Asking and promoting or selling cp is a crime and isnt a crime when just someone talk about it.

Now probably either lunar or tj bear will comment and ask for thread closure. Its alr.
 
Yeah, lemme comment. Interesting logic you got yk. Banning people for rp? If it is not anything inappropriate then why should they be banned? Ofc the inappropriate ones do get actioned. And of course, there are reports on stuff always. When something is against the guidelines, we do take action on it.

And how will u show the whole convo? When you do not have your account?

Talking about cp and rp is totally different. As you say you've been a member here for long, you should have known that cp topics get an immediate ban.

At first, when you guys spot something yall don't like, you state that we don't do our work properly (especially when the actions are against you or your friends). Then, when something inappropriate happens, yall forget that there is a 'report' option present. (I'm not pointing you but im talking about users in general)

And if you dont have the convo or seen it yourself then how can u judge what was written or not? What if i was saying not to say it? You guys dont have any proof of that either. And we all know what rp means alr? Lets not be kids and think that rp on the website means normal things

did i take it? you do realize ur making an inside joke a hell of a big deal here to get off with ur ban
 
And as for i remember u asked multiple times ? Or has my memory become that of a goldfish. No offence btw
