Fake account

[xxError]

A friend of mine is currently freaking out a bit because there was an acc created that literally word for word looks like his, name pfp and same username and everything (except for a few numbers) and they're acting like him. The profile picture and the mood were just deleted and we are working on getting the bio removed too, but is it a possibility to get this account banned? The og account is farisxjo, and the fake account is farisxjo520

THis can't fall under catfishing but maybe cloning???
