DISABLE CHAT FOR GUESTS!!! PLEASE!!!!

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, BRING BACK GUEST USERS NOT BEING ABLE TO TEXT. The chat is filled and unusable because of EXTREMELY illegal bots that keep remaking accounts and not a single moderator can keep up. Guests SHOULD NOT be able to type in the chat just how it used to be. There is not a single reason for this option to exist and only serves as a spawnpoint for bots that promote illegal material over and over and over and over again. No amount of mods can fix this. Just disable the stupid feature.

The owner won't disable guests being able to chat likely because he'll lose users. Besides, as Symphonia said, there is no perfect fix to the problem. The bots will and can make user accounts, when guest chatting is disabled.
 
A secondary solution would be to implement a wait period for guest accounts and newly registered accounts. Before they can post in the main chat. Let's say maybe a 10 to 15 minute wait period. This would definitely slow down the issue.

That's possible and actually already part of the chat. Just has to be turned on.

Only problem is that it is chat wide meaning any new user guests or user who just registers will be under the same conditions.

If administrator wants to turn it on he can just go to admin panel then Registration then Action and set it up to his desire.
