Dating Advice/Where to Find Dating?

Hey, I'm a 17 year old who lives in Utah and is going into his senior year of high school. I feel like I haven't done much in the dating game and when I have it didn't go as well as I thought it would have. I want to live out my teenage years to the fullest and have some fun while also learning more about the real world/dating world. Any advice you guys could give for a guy like myself? I just feel like I'm doing the right things when it happens or when it matters. I just don't know how to put myself out there without it feeling awkward or pushy. Hopefully this all makes sense.
