Complains on multiple mods.

Hi. I know this is something unusual for me to do for the people that know me.
But from what I've been seeing as a VIP and user on my other accounts, chats been chaotic 24/7. The only mods that are gonna be excluded from this complain are Rhea, Tka2008, 0cas and 777MAE.

Sarah_, Mr MiniMod, ᴀꜱʜ-, AViVA, airhead, aideyy and 0 0Coco are literally the most untrusted mods I've seen in my whole time knowing these sites or on . org in general.
They're untrustworthy with the shield of moderation. They get on and do nothing, some stay in side rooms 24/7 aka aideyy, and i dont know who does that too but its so bad to the point that they get on and chat in main chat without bothering to kick. And i was not gonna say this but why the hell would a mod go offline after someone PM's them asking for help with something, or a question. And you might think its a coincidence but it's not, because it has happened a quite few times. Plus as you can see @Arkham im not the only one reporting ash or airhead, they're literally the main topic of the forums. But you refuse to take any action and i dont know why, you literally suspended her in the past, she's rude in main, she's got an attitude, she dosent respect anyone and all she cares about is her shield, when she used to stay in RP HOUSE 24/7 until someone had to say something to you. And about the other mods combined they do nothing.
Literally the times that chat is clean is when the mods i stated in at first of this thread are on. The others do nothing, and i myself reported to you VIPs that mods dont bother to get them. And yea i get it, mods have lives, chat sites are not their main priority but at least if you wanna mod, you signed up for it, at least do it right. And I'm confessing this, Ash you would have never gotten mod if i wasn't biased with your vote, and i really regret it because you literally do nothing + you used me for mod, and I am so sure that other people could agree that you do nothing in main chat. Instead of chatting with people and flirting with them. And as i said before i dont know the other mods very well, but i said what I've seen. I hope at least that you read this @Arkham as it is coming from someone whom you've trusted before and I've shown you that i am trust worthy when it comes to modding. And no I am not talking about any stuff that happened before that made you lose your trust in me, im talking about my duty as a mod when i was modding under you. Oh and may i edit this, Aviva and Sarah are probably new. So I'm not sure about those two. But some people said something about Aviva being ignorant. Thank you.

EDIT: Lemme state that this is not out of " Favoritism " its actually whats happening, And this is based on my own observations, made throughout me being a chatter.

I think alot of people would agree on this but some people are just mods to boost their ego really. They're flawed but they dont wanna take the accountability and work on it and whenever someone points their mistakes out, they call it "whining" coz they know they're not gonna get in trouble for being a d*ck to people anyway. Might aswell remove the "mods complaints" section since it's basically useless atp
 
i don’t know what you guys have against me and ais but you guys need to suck it up. We have done nothing wrong. We are just as human as the rest of yall. We make mistakes. I saw mae kick 15 minutes for child porn. why don’t we bring that up? No. We bring up the one or two mistakes me, Ais and the NEW mods have made. And fyi sal. Sarah is a new mod. Like yesterday kind of new. She hasn’t even had a chance to mod yet and you’re already talking shit on her? Come on. You were a mod once too. You better then ANY of the people here on forums who complain should know what’s it like to be a new mod and make your mistakes. Nor did i use you for mod. For your information ash, don't forget that i dont know anything about the mods kicks since I'm not a mod anymore, so i wouldn't know about maes kick. Besides that, i edited my post if you actually read it and said that Sarah is probably new and I didn't say anything about her. And no ash, I didn't do what you said i did in the server, i started regretting voting for you when you started ghosting me and having an attitude, and don't forget that I've known rhea way before I've known you, but doesn't justify your lies that " i ride rheas ass " and whatever you said after that, i dont. And yea i know how to be a new mod, but again i edited my post about the new mods, and I didn't just come at you or Apples, i stated more than you and apples. And my post was actually proven when you got on, main was being spammed, you stayed online for a good 5 minutes then boom, as soon as someone said something about you being ignorant you're offline, how does that even work. And when you say " we havent done anything wrong " y'all actually did. By being ignorant mods who only care about their shield. And if you really cared about your mod team other than your shield you would have defended the others, but it shows how much biasness you have, when i literally complained about others not just you and apples. Read it again. And i honestly do not care about your opinion, only about Arks, Rheas, Cas's, Mae's and Tka's.

I do agree, Arkham was told about 777mae being inappropriate and he did nothing about it, most of the mods now don't care and sent their application in as a joke

my being on and off? I have my reasons, Sal. I have a job outside of modding. I have school outside of modding. I have friends and animals to take care of outside of modding, Not to mention It’s halloween soon so hell yeah i’ve been busy with that. Use your big boy brain, Please. I work 9 hour shifts. I have 8 hours of school every day. granted those are my choices but also things i can’t back out of. I enjoy being a mod. Not because of the power. Because when i am on. And i stay on for a while, When i’m not busy I get on and do reports and main and i instantly notice a hell of a difference. I agree me talking abt you riding rheas ass was inappropriate of me and unnecessary. And i apologize for that. To you and rhea, But i’m not going to argue. It’s pointless. It’s not going to get us anywhere barking back and forth. we’ll just wait for arkham to respond. Let him end this. His way. Whether it’s my job or not. It’s his choice.
 
I am not on site as much as I am others. Especially, like sally is. So I haven't noticed some of these. But what I have noticed is more within the -skill- of some of the new mods. I am not hating, I just want to suggest to the older mods, that have modded quite longer then these newer ones. To help out the newer ones. Watch their kicks and correct mistakes. It helps them learn and improve.

For example, some of the newbies are extremely slow. Took 3 mods and five minutes to remove a single spam bot. Is that normal for newbies? Yes, totally. But one of them has been mod for at least 1/2 months. Now speed is not everything, more so accuracy. You do put out the look you are doing nothing. And users will complain for this. From my notice as well, pm reports are getting delt but not deleted. From while I've been on site, the small moments. I do report anything I get from pm's. They seem to be kicked yes. But pm's will show even up to 15m(I usually log off after this) after they've been reported. Suggestion? Go into the profile without dismissing the report and check the history then return and then action. This deletes the report completely.

I don't know how ark requires you guys to mod. Main moves fast. Most of the time. If guidelines aren't totally down. Start with simple things you do know. Like for me. I have inappropriate messages / comments down by heart. Those are easier for me to do sometimes then others because I've seen 3 different sets of guidelines from 3 different sites. But this method is very helpful. It removes those you definitely do know what to do in a faster time frame. Also regular re-checkups upon guidelines do help as well. The more you can grasp. The easier it is to see a comment. Check history and remove.

Also, if they are mentioning being biased above if I'm correct. Remember, for all of you guys. You're just users/vips with a shield and are trusted with kick/mute abilities. If your friend breaks a rule. I understand the feeling of feeling "bad" or scared it'll ruin your friendship. I've delt this. It sucks. But, you aren't a mod to keep friends. You're a mod to keep site safe. If you lose a friend because you do what you're supposed to well then they're not a true friend. A true friend would respect this.

And finally the room thing that I saw being mentioned. On teens ave. All mods are required in main unless they are overwhelmed by reports or are afk. To go into side rooms every now and then, sure that's fine. No harm in that. But like they have said. I've seen some mods that just camp out in side rooms while main is still a living hell. Side rooms are meant for users not mods. If you're spending all your time in a side room how do you expect main to be clean?

Note: this is not to shame any of you guys. Just suggestions and things I've noticed. Please, for the sake of each other and the very site you're looking out for. Please keep this in mind.

Ash, i get it. As i said i know mods have lives, and do stuff, and i appreciate your apology because Rhea didn't have anything to do with it, this is all my work and typing, I didn't get anyone into this because it was a genuine complain coming from heart. And arguing is pointless yes, my intention from this thread wasn't arguing, it was to get Ark to respond and read it, because noone is saying anything about it, someone needed to and i took that opportunity to do it, and yes again i say i know you have your own life as any other mod do. This wasn't my point at all. Hell even i have a life and i know what its like to have a life, but that isnt my intention nor what i meant. It was to get something done with this because I'm not the only one complaining, people all over the chat are saying stuff, even here on forums, and i get it i was modding this site before and i got bashed to death, but i was actually modding, its different when you get bashed because you're modding and when you're not. Thats my point.

What I need is for all you complainers just to shut up already. Until I see something that warrants their removal then they stay!

You should know by now I do not put up with much when it comes to moderating the chats so if they were as bad as you all are claiming they would have been gone by now.

As for anyone being suspended and then brought back in. Well hell IDK you yourself had that happen to you so what's the issue? Suspensions are used to get people's heads on straight at times.

I've decided to add something to this. The chat you are now connected with most IDK- is not helping the situation with any new mods, by coming in and endlessly posting their damn nonsense, flooding the chat, and causing the moderation team to have to deal with that crap more than anything else!

I have seen them spend an hour trying to get the stupidity from your new chat to stop and this happens multiple times daily. So to sit and complain now about anything is kind of a moot point seeing as you guys cannot keep yourselves under control and thus cause more issues for the same moderators you complain about now!

Ark, its not just " claiming " its the truth but you believe no one other than your mods, which isnt fair, you're the admin, which is why complains happen, i thought you'd actually at least give me a reasonable answer but this is bizarre, saying that complainers should shut up? Why? Because im speaking the truth? Maybe you don't see whats happening. And i dont remember me being suspended? That's something i actually dont know about.
 
The thing is, is the fact that when you even added in Sarah- to your BS rant, you lost credibility with me because she was not even a mod until like 24 hours ago. That told me all I needed to know! Take your damn agenda somewhere else IDK- because your credibility with me sets at 0!!!!

I literally edited my post, about the Sarah Mod, so don't take that as an excuse to ignore the whole point, i don't know why you're ignoring it, yea i get it, there are not many mods laying around or people waiting to be selected. But you have always said " no matter how good you are, everyone is replaceable " and you've done it before. I'd know. Then why are you not going by that sentence with your current team?

Wait you think im with the rival site? I'm a mod on Chat Avenue. Not the rival site, I'd never mod that place. Me being in their server or whatever DOSENT mean I'm a mod there.
