You can always make a new email for free with google or any other free email providers

or you can also use disposable emails, like gmailnator (make sure to only select the normal gmail address option) then change the email to the one you actually own after you create and verify the account

The only way it will work is to go on mobile data for a second. I’ve told you this and u said u didn’t have mobile data….. then there is nothing u can do

Edit: u can try another WiFi network like school or any free one beside yours
