Can't log in

I have tried logging in the main chat webpage but it just doesn't work. While logging in it will show me "Username or password is incomplete" and while making a new account it will show "Maximum registration completed". I can log in the forums webpage but not the main chat.
 
Try resetting your password or using your email to login instead of your username

I did try that. I came to an assumption thatbmaybe its because i created a guest account first, maybe thats why it won't let me create a new account. But for the log in part i still dont get it.
