Can we replace the spam filter with teamwork? (Maybe not, but I’m wondering)

Maybe this is a good idea or it has tons of flaws but I wanted to share it: since the spam filter sometimes bans teens who did not spam anyone, at least on purpose, (speaking from experience) and one little thing they might have said triggered this filter, it is kind of annoying, right? The purpose is to report bots though. Since making reports are easy and pretty helpful, what if it was mandatory for each user to report at least 1 bot or creep on the site every day? Could the spam filter be removed then? And it would be bringing us together sort of to make the chat safer and more enjoyable since all of us would be working to report. I don’t know, maybe this is a bad idea lol. I was just wondering. : )

No it does help a lot sometimes when someone is actually spamming or maybe that person did smth ban-able
