banned for spam

was just banned for spam, my name was st4rg1rl, I was sending a lot of messages but not spamming and was wondering if anything could be done?
 
Hello! My username was blueoceanwaves9. I was also banned for spam, yet I did not comment or message any spam to anyone so i’m very confused. Maybe the problem was that i sent several messages in the chat ? Not many though. I was wondering if I could please be unbanned? Thank you very much for reading!
Edit: u know what ? Maybe when I said the word “description” in a comment on someone’s post, i remember it censored afterwards for some reason even though it’s a normal word. Is that what caused it?
