Banned for spam without reason

Hello,

I am contacting you regarding the ban on my TeenChat account.

I was chatting with a friend when I sent the following message: "Just because you think you're Japanese doesn't mean you are." This was simply an example used in the context of our conversation because my friend was joking that he looked like a celebrity. It was not intended to be offensive, discriminatory, or harmful in any way.

However, to my surprise, the message was immediately flagged as spam, even though I had only sent it once. Shortly afterward, my account was permanently banned.

I believe this may have been a mistake or a moderation system error. I would greatly appreciate it if you could review my case and reconsider the ban, as I do not believe I violated any of the platform's rules.

My account username is nouraa (all lowercase).

Can someone please read this? I see the moderators replying to other people who came after me, but not to me.

Seems ban was lifted. I suggested speaking english as special characters were removed from chat
