Banned and dont know why

I left for a few hours and got back on to see I was banned for no reason, if you could unban me I would really appreciate it

That's odd cause when I click join it says I'm banned and I can't do anything

I'm starting to think someone used my identity and did dumb stuff which got me banned cause I was told I tried to send links or something when I wasn't even on at the time
