ban for spam i didn't even do

i was in direct messages typing a message i sent it and then i got the "ban for spam" even tho i wasn't spaming in direct nor chat, all i've done is sen messages every few min since i was in an active convo with another person. i don't even know how i spammed if i wasn't saying things constantly repetitively. (acc: sillymarz)
 
also would like to add i wasn't even kicked or given a warning before this just was ban right out the gate for a minor offence if i was actually spaming
