Ban appeal: banned for "spamming"

I clicked the "giftheart" emoji TWICE from websites own emoji picker ui, and i sent it and now I'm banned for spam?????? THAT'S ALL I SENT. So like am I meant to not click an emoji TWICE? is that it?

my username on there is the same as here cutedumpupper

js tell me if i can get unbanned or sigh
