Account Recovery Request – Previous Username Ava

Hello Admin Team,

My friend's account (previous username: Ava) appears to have been taken over. She shared access with another user, but afterward the account email, password, username, and profile details were changed, and she can no longer log in.

We believe the user "NotYrType" may be involved in this incident. The account was a VIP account and originally belonged to my friend.

Could you please investigate the account history and ownership records? We can provide any information needed, such as previous login details, purchase receipts, screenshots, or other proof of ownership.

So I got some very sad news for you.

Yes by my knowledge password sharing / account sharing is allowed but the only condition of that is that you are liable for any thing that happens to it.

What that means is that even though the child has been taken over it is a user problem not a staff problem and staff can't do anything about it.

Translation you are on your own.

If you want verification I'll ping the admins below as well if they have to change what I say.

We always advice the users not to share their accounts to avoid such situations. In this situation, no staff member can help you. We are very sorry but your friend's account can not be taken back by any of the admins.

Staff will not touch this. The user willingly shared her password therefore allowing the risk of it being stolen.
 
This is what happens when you're stupid enough to you share your account passwords. We no longer try to stop or do we punish for this seeing as it is a voluntary act
