account issue

wont let me create an account, it says "maximum registrations" but ive waited days!!! i have made an account specifically for this forum but maybe i can use this account to login to the chat? i'll try, but for now im very frustrated with this process. but ik its to keep everything safe so thank you.

You can use a vpn to create an account if it says maximum registration
 
Forums and the chat are two different sites so trying to use the login for here wont work. If you've been using a guest account I would wait until that auto deletes.
The site auto blocks vpns so I wouldn't even try it.
I would suggest clearing your cache/cookies. Clearing your entire browsing history might work too, or turning airplane mode on and off.
 
Each IP address is limited to a set number of accounts/logins.

You might have surpass that due to geust accounts which is why you're not allowed to make another account
