I keep getting kicked for vpn

whenever I try to go to chat it kicks me for 10 minutes and reason give is "We do not allow VPN/proxy use on our site, please turn off your VPN/proxy." I don't have any VPN on. I tried waiting out the 10 minutes it still restarts. I restarted both my router and phone. it doesn't work. I even tried on different devices. is there any solution?? my username is "jesssocute"

It is probably the internet ur using (school, restaurant, etc) that might be blocking the site

but I've always been home. using the home wifi while using it btw sometimes rarely it suddenly works and goes back to kicked when I reload

I cannot seem to find a reason that this is happening to you so only the site @Administrator could possibly find the answer?
