In TC13, it states shirtless pics of men aren't allowed but I got warned by a mod for reporting em. FIX THE RULES AND IF THE RULE ISNT OUTDATED, TEACH THE MODS TO KICK EM

These are the updated rules where it states nothing about shirtless images.
 
The one I went to from main page said stuff about TC13 and shirtless pics being not allowed so thx about giving me this
