u were banned for offering "something" for vip which means money. This can be seen as you asking for a payment in exchange for your "something"
30 min, 1 hour. 1.5hour next one is 2 hour then bann if I'm correct
You could get immediately banned for E-whoring.

I got banned 4 minutes then 4 minutes then immediately 1.5 hrs

yes since mods cant ban. we give a 2 hours kick first, to hold the person from entering. When the admin notices that, he/she bans the user

I didn’t see that it had rules
I mean I saw the basic things in the chat that the bots put but like I didn’t read the rules so when I got banned I explored the website a little more to see how I can get unbanned and that’s when I found the rules I read through them all tho also does the 30 day wait period apply to everyone am I able to come back after 30 days and rejoin the chat??
30 days, no creating new accounts to evade or the timer will reset.
