Hello, I need help with my account.
My account name is Aether. I forgot my password and tried using the “Forgot Password” option. I entered all the required details correctly, but when I try to set a new password, it does not change and the process doesn’t work.

I’m still unable to reset my password or access my account. And now it's saying error.Please help me fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

This is the owner/administrator problem due to the update from 10.1 to 11.0 a lot of issues have aroused.

As you have pinged him I'll say just wait as no admin can help with the problem
 
This issue regarding password recovery has been relayed to the site administrator
