A complaint about another user which can only be done on the chat, should not be here. Mods and admins have pms open 24/7, pm them and they’ll say to report. If you don’t know how, they’ll easily SHOW you. That’s why they’re staff, they can help you on chat because that’s where the offense takes place. Forums is for kick/ban inquiries or mod complaints, not user complaints.
