Unfair "Ban evading" Ban

Hey Admins, @Arkham @0X0XRhea @IDK-

I am posting this on behalf of my friend moongelxstar_ who was banned yesterday for "Ban Evading."
This seems to be a mistake by the system. She did have 2–3 accounts earlier, but all of them were manually deleted and NEVER banned. Since there was no active ban to evade, her current account is fully compliant with the rules.
Could you please check the logs from your end to confirm this and unban moongelxstar_?

Thanks for the response. However, we assure you there is no ban evasion here.
Could you please tell us which account/username was flagged as the "alt"? This is almost certainly a false-positive caused by a dynamic IP collision from our internet provider.
Requesting you to please double-check the logs for moongelxstar_ so we can clear this up.

Thank you for sharing the account name. I want to clarify that "Angel aira" is completely unknown to my friend and has never belonged to her. She has never created or operated that account.
This appears to be a false-positive connection caused by Dynamic IP assignment / CGNAT by our Internet Service Provider (ISP). In our region, ISPs frequently rotate public IP addresses among thousands of different users. As a result, her device accidentally inherited an IP previously used by "Angel aira".
Could you please check other non-IP parameters—such as registration email addresses, device details, or creation details? You will find zero connection between moongelxstar_ and Angel aira.
We request you to please reconsider and lift the ban on moongelxstar_.

Kindly refrain tagging Admins multiple times when two of them have already responded to you.

The banned account was infact connected to another account that was already banned, hence why the ban was placed on your ' friends ' account.

If in under 30 days the accounts de-link and the connection corrects itself, there will be another consideration. But as of right now our hands are tied.
