site glitching/down

idk if it's just a me issue
but the site keeps coming up as a cloudflare error when i try to open it today,its opened a couple times but starts glitching again right after
when i refresh the page it just keeps refreshing doesn't reopen the page

Same, I'm waiting to be unbanned but I can't check because Cloudflare keeps redirecting me
