I've been IP banned for saying something inappropriate but it says i've reached MAX offenses for inappropriate behavior, however i have never been kicked, only 2 times but it was a bot spam bans because they thought i was a bot just for texting too fast, could this ban be removed as this is the first time i've made this mistake.
