My account name is 1cosmic lover and I paid $20 and now I lost my VIP without any reason and anyone answer me what is the reason and I only enjoyed it for 2 days and I want my VIP back plz do anything

Are you sure you are logging in to the proper account?
 
Yes.look only one account with name "1cosmuc lover " that's me and now my account is just like others and I lost my life long VIP and I didn't done anything wrong

Who purchased the VIP?
 
The person who bought the VIP reversed the payment in Paypal. In other words it was either fraudulent or he is trying to scam us. This resulted in BOTH accounts being disabled and deleted.
 
I don’t understand the point and pricing of VIP.

So basically, it lasts forever, but what about the huge chat updates?
Also, you can only be on here for a max of 6 years.
And, it seems pricey. Maybe more people would buy it if it was cheaper.
