Banned for no reason!!!

Hi I was jus banned on my account xxprettygirlxx and for no reason...
I was asking a fren if he was banned on another chat app, bc I noticed none of my messages would go through and all the sudden I was banned for being a spam... is there a way I can get my account back pls
 
Using only one x at either end I found a banned account, if that is you then, request denied for talking about a rival chat by name!
